This is our very first hosted contest, and we are very excited and giddy about it. Everybody, cheer with us! Whee~!! XD

Because more than half of the total number of contestants haven't submitted their entries yet, the deadline for the submission will be extended up to DECEMBER 20, 2008 (GMT + 8:00). I hope that gives you another MORE than enough time.

Now, if you wish to drop out from the contest, do not forget to note me so I can take you off from the list.



Our contest is entitled "Bokura no Kioku Thematic Contest" ("BoKuTema" for short), in which you will be drawing the two main characters of our story according to the theme provided.

Below are some character references for Aki and Mifuyu. Please check them out so that you may know what to observe when drawing them, as well as their color themes. A character information for each is also provided in the first pic displayed. Btw, Aki is the guy with blue hair and Mifuyu is the brunette.





The theme is "Unspoken Love". You have the liberty to interpet this in whatever way you like. Express your ideas or understanding about the theme through you drawings or would-be-entries.



Anyone who has a DA account is allowed to join the contest.
One entry only per contestant. Entries can be changed, but for a maximum of two times only. Just send us the link to your new entry so that we can update the list.
All contestants should include =Sechskies and =chryztal in their watchlist.
All entries should have Aki and Mifuyu as the focus of the theme. Other characters (even your OC's) can be included, just keep it to minimum.
All entries should be fully colored - traditionally, digitally or mixed. Pixel art is allowed. No B&W's. We want to see color! X3
No hentai, gore and/or ecchi. PLEASE.
If possible, please provide a brief explanation of your interpretation of the theme in your deviation comments.
All entries should be made exclusively for the contest.
The copyright for Aki and Mifuyu is reserved for ~MOE-pyon. This should be noted in your entry.



Before anything else, include =Sechskies and =chryztal in your watchlist.
Send a note to =Sechskies or =chryztal and state that you want to participate in the contest.
All applications via comment in this journal or our pages shall be ignored.
If you have been referred by someone, please include their names in your note.



Send a note to =Sechskies or =chryztal with the link to your entry.
Entries that did not follow the rules shall not be posted in the list. Contestants will be noted about this, of course.

...Lastly, participants who display a bad behavior to the judges and the other contestants shall be banned from the competition. I hope nothing like this happens though.



The deadline for the submission of entries shall be on the last minute of December 20, 2008 (11:59 pm), following the timeline of our country (GMT + 8:00). That's more than enough time, ne? :3





The judges should not be taken lightly, peepz. Aside from being art appreciators, they are all full-blooded Fine Arts students, so they know exactly how to look at artworks. And they're REAL Friends. X3




* ~MOE-pyon is very sensitive in regards to their characters' appearances, so it is very crucial to make them look the way they should be.



This is it - everyone's favorite part! XD Before we get on with this, let me just clarify to you all that the list of prizes below is not a prize pool. All the prizes in their respective sections shall be given and delivered to those who win it! Ain't that grand? I hope you're excited as much as we are!

We will be adding a few other goodies and awards depending on the number of contestants we get. Also, please keep in mind that these prizes are NOT convertible to cash.
